for a simple app.
The short version: Use the app honestly. Don't misuse it or harm other people. Your data belongs to you. We may update these terms and will let you know when we do.
Using Tiny Pact
By using Tiny Pact, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you are.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity that happens under it. If you think someone has access to your account without your permission, contact us right away.
You may only have one account. Please use your real name or a name your pact members will recognise.
What you can do
You can create pacts, invite people you know, record your daily check-ins, and send emoji reactions to other members. That's the whole app.
What you can't do
- Impersonate another person or use a misleading name
- Harass, threaten, or harm other members
- Use the app in any way that breaks the law
- Attempt to access anyone else's account or data
- Interfere with the app or its infrastructure
Violating these rules may result in your account being suspended or removed.
Your data
Your check-in records, display name, and preferences belong to you. We don't claim ownership of anything you put into the app. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we store and how.
The service
We aim to keep Tiny Pact running reliably, but we can't guarantee it will be available at all times. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves. For significant changes, we'll notify you through the app.
The app is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it — to the extent permitted by the laws where you live.
Closing your account
You can leave any pact at any time in settings. If you want your account deleted entirely, email us and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. For significant changes, we'll email you.
