Common questions

I didn't receive my sign-in code.

Check your spam or junk folder first. The email comes from noreply@tinypact.app. If it's not there after a minute, tap "Send code" again. Still nothing? Email us and we'll help you in.

How do I invite someone to my pact?

Open the pact, tap the members icon at the top, and share your invite link or 6-character code. The person you invite needs to have the app installed. Codes expire after one use.

Can I change my habit name or emoji?

Not yet — habit editing is on the roadmap for a future update. If you need to change it now, you can close the pact and start a fresh one.

How do I leave a pact?

Open the pact, tap the settings gear in the top right, and scroll to "Step out." If you're the only owner, you'll be asked to close the pact first or transfer ownership.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@tinypact.app and we'll remove your account and data within 30 days.

Something in the app isn't working.

Try closing and reopening the app first. If the problem continues, email us with a description of what's happening and which device you're on — we'll look into it.
